Not happy with what you’ve received? (Returns & Refunds)
If you encounter a fault or other problem with your purchase I would love to hear from you, please get in touch by email or by calling me and we can work out a solution.
Under New Zealand law if the pickup is faulty or you’re not happy with the quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund https://comcom.govt.nz/consumers/dealing-with-typical-situations/returns-and-refunds (Consumer Guarantees Act).
Repair, replacement or exchange is available for product defects only
We don’t offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase or repairs if you damage the pickup during installation.

Returns & Refunds window – 30 days
Sometimes it takes a while to get things installed and figure out there’s an issue; please let us know within 30 days of receiving your pickup that there’s a problem to start the process rolling.
Return method
All returned pickups should be sent to us via mail (signature required courier) at the purchaser’s expense.
Repairs and Exchanges
Once we have the original product back, in the event of a fault or a problem with quality we’ll happily repair it at no cost, or exchange for a replacement.
If you’re exchanging your pickup for a lower priced item, we’ll refund you the difference in price. Refunds are for the pickup purchase price at the time you purchased, and do not include any shipping costs.
If the exchange is for a higher priced item the difference in price will need to be paid prior to shipping to you.
If you’re returning a pickup for repair or exchange, please make sure it is sent to us by signature required courier and notify us of the tracking number.
Refunds
Refunds will be for the pickup price at the date of purchase, and processed in the same means that payment was made. We’ll put through any refunds as soon as we can once we receive the pickup you’re returning and let you know when the refund has been processed at our end.
Hopefully you’ll get the refunded amount within 10 days, please contact your bank or card provider if there is a delay.
